This is perfect for the athlete who wants to dedicate time to proper technique to the C&J and Snatch, all the while following a program designed to increasing your strength in these lifts.

At Home Endurance 3 Days Per Week: $20 Per Month

These workouts are designed with as little equipment as possible. All you need is a pull up bar, KB, and a jump rope.

General "GLOBO" Strength 3 Days Per Week: $30 Per Month
